In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

NEO
If you study or follow a training/course at Academica, you will be enrolled in the NEO learning platform. Your contact details (first name, last name, position, email), progress in the online environment, and interaction with learning components or other students are stored here. Your data is retained for 5 years.
Profscan
If you choose to undergo a ProfScan with us, we store personal data of the participants. The personal data is securely stored and only accessible to Academica BV employees who need access to execute the agreement we have with you. After 10 years, your data is anonymized.
360-degree Report
If you choose to undergo a 360-degree analysis with us, we store your personal data. Zenger Folkman anonymizes the personal data they retain, making it not traceable back to you. The data we receive is not anonymized and is securely stored. The data is only accessible to Academica BV employees who need access to execute the agreement we have with you. After 10 years, your data is anonymized.
